Anonymous3 years agoA: Hello Tony, All of our coffee makers are pre-set to 89˚C/192˚F. Some of our model has the option of brewing at a higher temperature but not the Keurig® K-Compact Single Serve Coffee Maker.

3 years agoA: Hello Sandy, Accessories are usually sold seperately from the coffee maker. In some instance, an accessory can be included (special offers). If that is the case, it will be indicated on the box what is included in addition of the coffee maker. Thank you,

Q: la mienne je met l’eau mais ne coule pas toute faut l’ouvrir et repeser sur le bouton desfois 2 a 3 fois cest pas normal je suis la seule avoir ce problème elle est neuve ??

7 years agoA: You should use Keurig certified pods (refer to packaging to identify this) which are optimized for the brewer and if this continues try to use the descaling solution to clean the machine.
