The mirror only fits on the drivers' side of my vehicle. I guess it isn't "most vehicles." I had to return the other one. Several people were helping me with it. Just doesn't fit or stay in place. The mirror that fits on the drivers' side is peachy.

Not Perfect, and not bad either

Bought a pair a few years back for a 2019 Pathfinder to tow a Travel Trailer. The mirrors offer a better field of view than the SUV installed mirrors but have a couple of deficiencies.
1. They vibrate just enough to be slightly annoying and to make it difficult to discern anything distant.
2. To see at least the side of the TT, the mirrors must be installed as far outboard on the permanent mirror as possible. This creates a situation where the outboard strap no longer properly secures the clip-on as it is on the curved edge of the mirror rather than on the back of the mirror like the inboard strap. The inboard strap does all the securing and the outboard strap is just tight enough to keep the clips secured around the lip of the mirror.
About the only solution for me is to cut the top and bottom arms and insert some sort of extension to bring the mirrors out another few inches. This way I can mount the straps closer to the inside of the SUV mirror so that both straps can do their job.
In my opinion, for the price that these mirrors are listed at, they should really just come as a pair for another 10spot.

A: Hi there, thank you for your question. The Clip-On Towing Mirror Part #3791 (SKU #0362591) should be able to fit your vehicle application. However, please keep in mind that the mirrors on newer vehicles have a curved/slanted housing finish. If the mirror’s outer housing curves in, we suggest to crisscross the rubber strap and avoid the mirror from sliding off and falling. Additionally, the mirror glass may not be fully adjustable since the gap around the glass will be very minimal.

Q: Are replacement straps available? One of our straps have broken, and the other three are cracked badly. If new straps aren't available, is there an alternative other than buying new mirrors entirely?
