Oil Filter

These are great filters. Easy to install or remove with the socket cap. Cost a bit more but worth it for filter wrench space limited vehicles.

Doesn't fit properly

Bought this for a 2023 Chevy duramax 6.6. I installed it and noticed that the filter housing was making contact with the motor on the last turn. I snugged it up and assumed it would be ok. I noticed a slight oil leak out of the filter after that. The next oil change, I used the same filter again, hoping it would be a one-off. Turns out I was wrong. It did the exact same thing, causing a small leak. I contacted K&N about the issue, and they have yet to respond. i

This is NOT for a 2024 gmc 3500hd. Even though their app says it is and the employees behind the counter are no help either. Best go to NAPA like I had to.
