These were my absolute favorite headphones the charge lasted so long and they charged so quick they never fell out and fit im any bag. I lost mime a few months ago and have been so sad about it.

Bad purchase

These are by far the worst earbuds I’ve ever brought. They easily lose charge and are difficult to keep in ears. They also caused severe inner-ear bruising. I would not recommend.

Don't walk, run away from these earbuds

If I could leave a negative number I would.. these are by far the worst ear buds I have had. One is quieter than the other. And they are quite to begin with.. if you want to turn to up to 11. These don't even come close...

Thanks for reaching out. If one side of your JBL Tune 115TWS is louder than the other, it is likely caused by a build-up of dust in the grille or an unsecured seal within your ear canal. Please angle the ear tip slightly downward and gently twist the earbuds into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit with the earbuds. The in-ear headphones are also susceptible to a build-up of dust and dirt, which can cause volume imbalance issues. Please try cleaning the earbuds by removing dust or dirt using a pointed toothpick to remove large amounts and a small amount of rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab for final degreasing. If you need more help, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Not working properly

Got it for christmas and the left earbud is very quite white the right is very loud, i have reset it and it hasnt fixed it.
