I bought one of these and it lasted almost one year. I don't make a lot of calls when I drive but the one day I had to take a call the answer button wouldn't work. I went to press it and not movement. It wouldn't click. I had an electronic repair person take it apart thinking maybe he could change the switch under the screen, but nope. I was told that the lithium battery inside was swollen and it should be thrown out immediately. so I did. then I bought a Scosche BT/FM transmitter. Best transmitter ever. I can stream music and take and answer calls right through my radio now. And no batteries to fail!

No, I do not recommend this product.
