    Q: What is the real maximum temperature resistance? I see one picture stating 1800 F and 850 F on another . There is a big difference between the two...

    Q: Did anybody let it run after 30 mins? I find it blows it out or should I let dry for 24 hours? I put jb weld on manifold it's leaking, and gping put this stuff over jb weld

    • A: JB should be allowed to fully cure before putting into use, JB stats that if you want to speed cure time use warming heat. that being said JB like most epoxys is more for moderate heat applications and when subjected to high heat tends to soften. JB works best if it can be mechanically anchored , if it can be compressed into, trapped in the void that needs filling, surface cracks in high heat situations present the greatest challenge and then there is the expanding and contracting issue to. Best bet is to make the surface being applied to as rough or toothy as possible before application, try and get full cure before use.
