This device is very poorly made. It is meant to be thrown as a safety device. I did a test where it was under optium conditions. The glue line immediately broke rendering the device useless.

It's red and white and it floats. Going to use it as a buoy for kayak anchor line retrieval. It should be small enough for the application, but big enough to be seen easily.
