Q: Does this need to be wifi connected to use it? Or can it be used roadside?
a year agoA: you can scan live data and workshop tools without wifi. You cannot access the information about the repair without wifi.

Q: How can I register this tablet it seems you can only do this if you live in the States
a year agoA: The 7111 tablet can be registered in Canada. Our scanners and tablets can register and work in the U.S., Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Mexico. In settings, you can change the regional settings to "Metric". "Smog Check or I/M Program Location" only applies to specific states in the U.S.

a year agoA: Yes, the 7111 will work on a 2018 F250 Super Duty Diesel 6.7L. For example, the 7111 will support DPF reset, transmission reset, command the fuel pump, disable injectors, and much more for this vehicle

a year agoA: Yes, the 7111 tablet will perform regens on diesel vehicles. It will depend on the year, make, and model of vehicle. Here is a link to our coverage checker: https://www.innova.com/pages/coverage DPF Regens will be under "OEM Diagnostics", then look under "Powertrain - Special Functions". For example, the 7111 will support DPF Pressure Sensor Reset, DPF Reset, and DPF Regen on a 2018 GMC Sierra V8 6.6L

Q: Has anyone used the Innova 7111 to service their own brakes/replace pads and reset the EPB system? If so, are the commands on the tablet east to understand and does it work correctly. thanks for your help. Cheers.
2 years agoA: I have never used the Innova 7111 yet on my own vehicle to service my brake pads and reset the EPB system, but the commands on the tablet are easy understand.
