At first I put it over the vent though this is flimsy then my husband told me to take off the vent and put it directly on the floor opening, works like a charm very satisfied with this product.

Good idea and no need for electric access

Good for closed room but may not fit on older electric floor heater as mine did! Still just putting it a few inches from the heater the water has evaporated and humidity level got ok over night

Q: Would this product work the same on a baseboard heating? There is lots of heat that come out btut not forced air.

  • RUMIDIFIER
    A: Rumidifier RD20 will work with Baseboard heater systems but won't be efficient as other forced air furnaces. You have to install the unit at least 2" above the heater to make it work.
