Great Trendmill

I have had my current T101 for 16 years and still runs great. Have had basic maintenance from a local service person and have always been happy with it. Only reason I am moving up is because I want the new features on the T202. Highly recommend

The first call that I made they tried to blame me right away they told me because the lack of maintenance the second time after being on hold for an hour and a half. . . Warranty. . . finally was able to speak to someone still isn't fix . . . . please dont buy this treadmill take your hard earn money somewhere else.

Great treadmill overalll, had issues with it starting intermittantly wouldn't start, but solved see below T202.

I wanted to make sure that folks know the solution I found for the treadmill not starting. Once I started using the blue tooth feature, it seemed to mess with the console not starting unless my phone was in bluetooth mode on or off, try it with either. I wasn't able to use my treadmill for 2 weeks because it wouldn't start, but I left the power on, then happened to play a video on my phone and the phone connected to the treadmill for sound, and poof now the treadmill is working again. So there must be something weird going on with the blue tooth. Check it out if you are having an issue with the treadmill not starting.

The start button stopped working after only a dozen uses.

I was so excited to move into a space that allowed me to set up a workout area and as I was getting into a healthy routine, I went to turn it on and kept trying to push start but it wouldn't work. After checking the manual, I went online and saw that this is a common issue. To say I am very disappointed is an understatement.

Good Treadmill

I bought my T202 in 2019 and the treadmill is great, but the motor is having issues and running hot. I have the extended warranty and have called on it twice, however the tech does nothing. I have now called a 3rd time because the treadmill shuts down after 35 minutes. When it stops it is very abrupt. I need a new motor and belt at this point and the company that services their warranties have techs that do not know anything about treadmills. I cannot use my treadmill at this point and don't understand why I cannot get this fixed. No offense against Horizon, but I've done all I could and I need someone or something to fix this please.

Q: Once assembled, how many inches is it from the floor to the top of the treadmill belt. I am trying to find out if my ceiling is high enough.

A: It is approximately 8 inches off the floor when running flat. The belt at it’s highest point when fully inclined is approximately 18 inches off the floor.

A: Horizon no longer sells the CT9.3, however, the all new 2021 T202 treadmill just launched at Canadian Tire stores. The new model is completely refreshed and offers extra features like EasyDial controls for speed and incline, plus Bluetooth connectivity and built-in speakers for audio and apps.
