Has issues

In the first 3 months they replaced the bearings on the main arms because they are not greased well. After I installed grease fittings on all 6 bearing housings. Now about 1.5 years old and main computer is fried and many options don't work. Company claims they've never heard of this. They will sell me a new head...for almost the same price as the machine. Don't recommend

I purchased the machine a little before Christmas. It started making a knocking sound on the right side. I contacted customer service after registering my elliptical for the warranty. They got back to me within 24 hours. They have already shipped the part and the technician has already called me to setup an appointment. Incredible service!
Aside from the knocking noise which does not interfere with the use of the machine, it works wonderfully. It's a very sturdy and big machine. I honestly feel it's somewhat comparable to gym machines, on a smaller scale of course. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend.

Broke in 18 months of use.

Purchased on sale 18 months ago. Developed a squeak on right side after 90 days so I couldn’t exchange. Called in to Horizon support and they told me that there were no technicians to repair elliptical in my area....waste of money, do not recommend this.

Love this Elliptical

I purchased this elliptical in January 2016 as of today May 2018 I’m 88 pounds lighter and all diabetic meds are gone. I use it an hour a day taking weekends off. I’m completely addicted. I would completely recommend. I’ve had a couple issues in my 2 years with part replacing but always fast and efficient. I love dealing with this company.

Q: It came with a power cord that is completely foreign to me? How on earth am I supposed to plug it in if it doesn’t even have a standard power cord?

A: The pedal is going to be about 24” off the ground at the highest incline level. Ceiling restriction would be based on customer height.

Q: Cannot find the 33 programs as shown in features I tried all the buttons and possible combinations and could only find the 5 basic programs on the console . How do I access the rest of the 33 programs as shown in Features?

A: Each of the programs on the machine has multiple levels. Those levels make up the additional programs. There are 5 programs with 6 to 8 levels each making up the 33 programs.
