I just bought this Hoover windtunnel. I've read all of the reviews and it seems like a pretty good vacuum cleaner. I've used it for the first time today. I am impressed by it's power and it sucked up a lot of dirt and pet hair from my carpet. My old vacuum left behind a lot of the pet hair. I like that it is light weight. I didn't find it to noisy. Although there is a high pitch sound that could be annoying after a while. The cons I guess would be that the cord is very low to the ground, so it is difficult to bend down to pick it up when trying to keep it out of the way while vacuuming. It is also a shorter cord then my old vacuum. I wish the switch was at the front of the machine instead of the back. When you release the handle to vacuum , you can't see the switch to turn it on. I also had a hard time getting the canister off of the base. But I got it eventually . Then I couldn't unscrew the top to get to the filter. So it's a bit frigidy. It also took me a while to get it back together again. But I think that once I get the hang of it. It should be easier. There is a learning curve. I'm happy with the suction. and the maneuverability. It glides nicely. It's nice to see all that gross dirt and pet hair swirling around in the canister. So you know that it's working. So far I'm happy with my purchase.

Best vacuum I've ever had. Amazing suction, my back hurts from pulling across the carpet. Good thing you can adjust the carpet height setting. Im amazed at what was pulled out of my carpet. I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner!
