Worst vacuum ever!!!

After owning this vacuum for 9 months the battery charger stopped working. Hoover customer service was great, and sent us a replacement. The only problem was it took 2 months for the replacement to arrive, and we were without a vacuum. 2 weeks after receiving the replacement battery charger it also stopped working! Again, we are without a vacuum. We also had an issue with the belt in the floor attachment. Hoover is sending us a replacement for that as well, who knows how long it will take to arrive. We purchased a cordless vacuum to make our lives with 2 small children easier, but this vacuum is proving to be more of a headache. Definitely not worth the money!
No, I do not recommend this product.

I got it at great deal. It is a lot convenient compare with the old wired ones. Now I can clean the floor more often than before. It is also easy to dump the dirt. The battery is charged fast as well.

Q: what is the drill bit size for the mount anchor?

A: Try mounting the anchor with the supplied screws ( discard the plugs) to a wall stud using a stud finder instead of anchoring the mount into hollow drywall. It is a much stronger hold and you won’t have to repair a guaranteed hole down the road.

Q: I have just bought a Hoover One PER blade vaccum. . I am 85 years old and thought it would be better than tripping over the cord and banging the canister into the wall! I have charged the battery for 4 hours now do I leave it in the charger or the vaccum?

A: Our Hoover One PWR vacuum has served us perfectly during the past year. After fully charging the battery, then unplugging the charger -- we have always left the battery in the unplugged charger. The battery has always retained the full charge ready for use again.

A: The Blade Base BH53300 comes with a Multi-Surface Brush Roll Nozzle, Crevice Tool, and Dusting Brush. Blade Plus BH53310 comes with a Multi-Surface Brush Roll Nozzle, Crevice Tool, Dusting Brush, and Upholstery Tool. And for power, The Hoover Blade Base BH53300 uses a 2.0 Ah Lithium-Ion Battery which runs up to 25 minutes, the Blade Plus BH53310, BH53315 and Blade Pet BH53320 use a 3.0 Ah Lithium-Ion Battery which runs up to 35 hours, the Blade Max BH53350 uses a 4.0 Ah Lithium-Ion Battery that runs up to 45 minutes. Q: Is one able to turn on and off the power head to save battery life when using on a hardwood floor, or is it always spinning?

A: Hi Lulu, The brush roll will always remain ON to ensure optimal pick-up performance on every floor type. However, the Blade has An ECO mode to save battery life.
