Great vacuum. I wish the detachable crevice cleaner was longer. But very versatile and I got it at a great price.

We’ve had this vacuum for just under two years. Within the first 6 months, the handvac stopped working entirely. Now, we’ve noticed a significant decrease in suction? And the actual suction hose is torn from regular wear and tear. Do not recommend, won’t be buying a Hoover again.

Wow. This vacuum is more powerful than my corded ones at work. Actually sux up the doormat lol. The canisters are lined with fine white dust... which obviously previous vac was not strong to suck up. Handle turns into dust chaser! Magnificient! Very silent for the power. Now minus one star because there's only one battery pak included but u get 2 vacuums. Dislike having having to remove batt from vac to use dust chaser every time. Dust chaser pwr button is annoyingly easy to trigger. Chaser dust bin is tiny! An upholstery attachment and crevice tool are incl for dust chaser. There's also an optional acc pak sold seperately that incl the more common vac attachements. Vac has no led lights at all! not on carpet brush or dust chaser. I find that a lil annoying as well since my last stick vac had like 10 of them on the carpet brush. Has 3 modes. 2 with motorized brush on hard floor and carpet of course and off. Weighs 13 pounds and very easy to maneuver. brush roller is very easy to remove and clean. Main dust bin is nice and large and filters are very efficient. Not that it generates static electricity... Wouldn't recommend using it on electronics without first discharge it on something metal. THE WORST THING ABOUT THIS VACUUM... no place to attach dust chaser accessories!!! I mean 99.8% of worlds vacuums atleast have a place to attach the crevice tool! Other than I will definately need a 2nd battery sooner than later, this is undoubtedly the most powerful vacuum I have ever owned or worked with. Definitely recommend.

I was SOOO excited to have this vacuum for the quick messes at home in the day. But…. Do not buy this vacuum. It is specific to pets yet on hardwood or tile floor it will not pick up animal fur. It blows it away. Battery works great. I have a shark robot vacuum that does the job 110 better. But I bought this for a little extra cleaning in the moment yet it has to be moved over the dirt like 4 times before it’s sucked up. Even after I checked to ensure no blockages .The employee compared it to a Dyson stick but a cheaper version but its also very heavy in comparison to a Dyson stick . So sad there’s NOO returns because I would have happily returned it already!
