Loathe it.

Bought this vacuum long enough ago that I can't return it. Used it a handful of times, every time I've used it I spend more time cleaning the vacuum than the floor. No hose to reach corners, suction sub par. Ridiculously overpriced. I end up sweeping and mopping the floors afterwards. Now the light just flashes every time I turn it on. So done with it, I'm reminded of the printer scene in Office Space. The battery life is decent. I still hate it though. Loathe it, actually.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Not bad, but there are better out there.

Not a bad machine, but really doesn't pick up the water as well as my parent's Bissell vacuum. I really like the battery, but on high it drains incredibly fast. I keep it on the lower setting. As a vacuum goes, it does well, but I just don't find it sucks the water up as well as it should and the floor stays wet and streaks when dries.

Not worth it

I bought this vacuum thinking it was a great idea to vacuum and mop at the same time. The suction from the start wasn’t that great compared to my Shark navigator, but this is lighter and easier to maneuver. After a few uses on hard floors and 2 area rugs, I find it now leaves a mess on the floor and the suction stops midway I have to empty the canister and remove the lint around the filter at least a couple of times. The battery life is very short as well. I bought an extra battery just to be able to use it on my first floor. I didn’t even try it on the carpet on the second floor yet. And I don’t think I will. I’ve had the Shark one for 9 years now and the suction is still great.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Battery died after 2 months. Washed rollers but still mildew smell.

This product is garbage

I bought this product eleven months ago and loved it at first but within about 2 months I noticed a horrible stink and realized that if I used the floor cleaning option with the vacuum, the water would settle into the dust and rot. This made the mop feature useless and I never used it again. Over time, I noticed suction significantly decreased and had to repeatedly open the front section to clear debris out of the hose. Today after noticing that the vacuum wasn't even picking up dust off the floor and the opening was clear, I realized that there was a hole in the hose between the vacuum head and the cannister where the coil was. It appears to have cracked open just due to the wear and tear of use. I do not recommend this vacuum at all other than the battery life is good and it's cordless. But if you want a vacuum that lasts, don't buy this one.

Q: Do I have to remove the dry filter when vacuuming liquids? There is nothing in the manual to indicate I should but it says to dry the filter for 24hrs after washing it?
