Hard to get programming to work

Only way to get it to a desirable temperature is using a HOLD. Regular programming does not seem to work. Temperature reached 86'F in summer rather than 69'F programmed. May have contact a technician to confirm instructions were followed correctly.

Q: I assume that a one "R" wire gets bridged within the thermostat to connect R and RC, correct?

A: We followed the instructions but it did not work. Our technician said the instructions were wrong. You might want to call someone to be sure.

A: Manual is easy to understand, 2 wires only, between R and Rc. Caution! There's a switch to set.

A: Yes it will. I use mine for a gas fire place on a two wire system. It quit working properly after about 5 months. It will no longer come on as scheduled. I have turn it on and off to get it working again. I'm not happy with it.

Q: Will this thermostat work with Fan Coil systems in downtown Toronto condos? I believe it is 4 pipe heat & cool w Low, Med, High fan. Replacing T8575D series, but despite both being Honeywell, all the wiring labels are different & theres no info in manual.
