low noise - NOT after a year

This humidifier should be a great choice. I fit my bill to a T for the first season, but came back with excessive fan motor noise and vibration when I set it up this year. Local, trusted fixit place says they can't do anything - sealed. Sadly, not worth the price. Wish I had kept the bill from Canadian Tire.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Worst humidifier ever

This product is very noisy, and will cool a room like an air conditioner. In addition the replacement filter only lasted less than 2 weeks, the original covered with a blue fabric lasted less than a month and its not sold anymore,, seems like the design changed. I am returning the product

Je l'ai aimé pour la saison...mais à la saison suivante, il a marché moins d'un mois et le fan ne fonctionne plus! Les filtres sont très cher et ne durent pas longtemps

Effective though.
Returned after one day, impossible to sleep with it on even at the minimum setting.

A: It probably reached the humidity level at which it was set. It kicks in and out based on the humidity you have set on the dial (or buttons).

Q: Where can I find a replacemt UV bulb for this product? I have searched the internet for this with no results to date!!

A: Kaz, the US-based manufacturer, can send you a replacement, but between the cost of the bulb, shipping charges and exhorbitant brokerage fees, you're better off throwing out the unit and buying a new one.

A: it is a cool air humififier. Water is absorbed by a filter and a fan push water through the filter.
