Feels nice but water gets cold very quickly. Very disappointed in that. Hubby bought it for my Christmas gift

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it's not the fanciest foot bath, but it's a nice option for sure. it bubbles and circulates the water around, but to be clear it doesn't heat the water. and there's little nubbies to rub your tired tootsies on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is super easy to set up and fill with water but I noticed the bubbles are not strong enough and the water won’t stay warm long enough.I prefer a foot spa with the option to warm up the water for my aching feet. The longer you leave it for the softer your feet feel but nothing amazing I feel like this can do more but it’s ok . It’s a simple product.

Thank you for your feedback. The footbath is insulated to help maintain the temperature of the water but will not heat cold water. The footbath can be filled with the water temperature that is most comfortable to you. HoMedics produces footbaths that will heat the water. Theses footbaths are labeled as having "HEAT BOOST". Please return the product to the place of purchase if it does not meet your needs. We appreciate your feedback and have passed your comments on the appropriate team.

This foot spa is really helpful mailed my feet really soft, its ready to use, and makes make feet feel really good afterwards. I let my feet soaks, just add water and I get a very good relaxing experience

A: The unit does not heat up the water. It has to be filled with warm water, and the Smart Heat will continue to keep it warm.
