Q: I have connected the lpugs but the mid section of the lights do not come on regardless which pug in i plug it into?

A: Please call the vendor toll free at 1-888-919-0070 for assistance. It seems like the light strand is not working. Vendor’s call agent will troubleshoot with you and send a replacement light strand if needed.

Q: how do you connect the lits from the individual pieces We have a larger but similar tree and don't have the directions so we don't know how to connect the lits from the three pieces

A: The customer must plug the lights strands into one another, or if there is an extension cord in the center of the tree, plug each light strand in to this cord.

Q: can this be used outdoors?

A: This one cannot be used outdoors, however we do carry a full size, 7 foot pre-lit outdoor tree (151-0307). We also have many indoor / outdoor potted trees.
