Hillman's metal one way lock nuts provide a secure and simple solution for fastening bolts. Made entirely from metal, these top lock nuts resist loosening from vibration due to the distortion of the top threads which apply force against the bolt, protecting the nut. Their chamfered corners and conical top allow easy installation while the all metal design makes them a durable choice for high temperature applications where nylon inserts cannot be used. Perfect for applications where nuts tend to loosen over time or with repeated movements.
