Sturdy dry-wall hooks

So confused by description

I bought these a few years ago to hang a heavy mirror. I’ve come back to the website to get the instructions so that I can hang something else, but the description on the CT website does not make any sense. It sounds like this product is used for assisting in hanging drywall. What’s up?

As title says.... All I did was choose the spot and stab the wall (not on a stud) with a flat head screwdriver. Then simply insert this hanger. I'm using it to hold up a piece of art that weighs about 10kg
