Q: Re: Defrost and Reheat buttons, manual says to push button, it will then light up, then depress the lever . When we press the button, it does not light up, we have to depress the lever first, and then press button. Not sure if its working or not?

A: There seems to be a mistake in the manual. Indeed, the way to operate is to lower the lever THEN press the Reheat or Defrost button. We will correct this for the next production. The customer is using it the right way.
