    Track cracked in less than 6 months of use.

    You get what you pay for. The track cracked and is now unusable. I am over my 90 day warranty on parts and labor. I'm still waiting for a quote on how much it will cost to replace the tracks. I'm not sure if I even want to spend any money replacing the tracks, as I now have concerns about the integrity and quality of the rest of the machine and the various parts that could malfunction in the future.

    No, I do not recommend this product.

    Weird Noises

    I bought this exerciser on a boxing day promo this January. Set up was not complicated, and i had it running within a few minutes. My wife and I are actually enjoying it until recently. We now hear weird noises from under the gear casing. I went back to the owner's manual only to find that the warranty period was just valid within 90 days.

    No, I do not recommend this product.

    A good workout machine to start with

    purchased this elliptical recently (March 2016) while under a 60% off just to start working out. PROS: 1. does not take up much space unlike a treadmill. 2. could be assembled by one person. 3. is battery operated 4. shutdown automatically when not in use 5. operation is quiet CONS: 1. needs two guys to carry the whole box. 2. tools bundled with the elliptical should include a philips screwdriver, 12 and 14 rounded wrenches for assembly. 3. box does not say that initially the elliptical could run on batteries and is not included, i needed a second trip to purchase the batteries. 4. could not be folded

    Q: This product uses the "D" battery. How many hours can it last?

    • A: after four (4) months of use.. averaging 30-45 minutes on level 6 performance, 40-60 kph in reverse.. elliptical is still working. using a set of DuraCell CopperTop Alkaline D batteries.

    Q: What are the dimensions of the box the elliptical comes in? I am wondering if it would fit in my hatch back car.

    • A: if you have a 5-door hatchback probably it could, but if it is a 3-door hatchback, probably not. the box is heavy to be carried by one individual, and should stay upright the whole time traveling.

    • A: as most workout machines, this isn't an exception. you have to assemble this elliptical before you use it. depending on your speed, you could assemble it in less than an hour, unpacking and cleaning-up adds another 30 (minutes).
