great value for the price. has some concerns with other reviews but my headrest works well. there is no handle and you have to pull hard to adjust it, but that's so it doesn't move in an accident and I would rather have to pull hard than risk injury to my child. easy to assemble and install. cup holder is useful!

Great! My daughter says its comfortable, it fits her well and looks good; we have 2 Harmony booster seats, this one and the one with the latch for my younger son - they are both very good. The price was reasonable as well.

Defective out of the box SOL

The headrest is completely fixed in place. It is missing any handle to adjust the height. No 7 positions available. Left me out of money to replace the defective unit in any timely manner CT would not help calling in regulations preventing them from helping me. Now waiting in a call back fro. Thw company and no seat to transport the kids with.

Q: This booster is advertised as having cup holders. However, I just bought two of these and neither had the cup holder.

A: Hi Kay, the Dreamtime Deluxe includes one cup holder which can be found under the seat (a sticker on the bag including the instruction manual indicates that as well). Kindly contact us at customerservice@harmonyjuvenile.com if you still have difficulty finding the cup holder.

A: Not sure exactly but i used it for my 6/7 year old grandson so it extends as high as I needed it. I would suggest checking of there is a demo display unit that you can check before purchase but if nit go with the box to customer service & they may allow you to open it to check. Hope that helps

Q: So if this is not anchored, are we to keep it seatbelted at all times whether occupied or not, so it doesn't just roll around in the back?

A: Hi Dave, you are correct. It is recommended that the booster seat be secured in your vehicle at all times, even when not in use. A loose, unsecured booster seat can injure other occupants in a sharp turn, sudden stop, or collision. Thank you for your question.

A: Hi Kaylah, the Dreamtime Deluxe does not include slots to add a five-point harness. It is a high-back booster seat suitable for children who have outgrown the use of a five-point harness. You may want to look into the Defender 360 3-in-1 Deluxe Car Seat if you’re interested in a seat with a five-point harness that can later be removed for high-back booster mode. Q: How to install in car? It doesn't have any belt for child safety? I bought this for my 3 year old daughter

A: Hi Zeba, the Dreamtime Deluxe is installed using your vehicle’s lap and shoulder seat belt to secure both your child and the booster seat. As your child is approaching the minimum age to use the Dreamtime Deluxe, we recommend you keep your child in a forward-facing harness seat for as long as possible. Thank you for your question.

A: Thank you for choosing a Harmony Dreamtime and for your question! There is an area to grip at the top of the headrest: Please grasp that headrest adjustment handle and pull upwards (push downwards) until the desired height is achieved. If you find that is to difficult, you can grasp the bottom of the headrest (between the headrest and backrest) and pull upwards. It is simplest if you pull upwards slightly on one side, and then the other – in that way, the headrest moves up one level at a time. Kindly refer to page #18 of your instruction manual for a visual representation.
