Melted pods

Melted the biodegradable type pods. Eww. Did not use again and returned it for a regular coffee makker.

Disappointing

Purchased this product to reduce the counter clutter and replace my drip and Keurig machines. Unfortunately, this product fell extremely short of my expectations. I returned the product after using it work a week. First of all, it is not compatible with all K-Cups (McCafe, for instance). Secondly, it only has a single serve reservoir for the single serve side. You can only pour up to 14 oz in and then it makes a cup of coffee using however much water you poured in. Can't complain about the price of the product (main reason for 2 stars), but would highly recommend spending the extra money and buying the Cuisinart DuoBrew instead.
