A Very Functional Teapot

As others have mentioned, this pot keeps the tea warm, doesn't drip, and looks nice. Furthermore, the white is a good contrast to the colour of the tea. You can see well how the tea is steeping. Since it holds 6 cups of tea, you're not having boil another pot of tea after one or two cups, too. The style of this teapot is quite similar to other pots that are away more expensive. (To buy the other more expensive teapots, would be largely paying extra for their brand name.)

Q: Is the capacity really 6 cups, i.e. 48 fl. oz... or 1.5 liters? Hello?

A: We have been asked this same question for many years. The truth of the matter is, when a teapot or a carafe for a coffee maker mention a quantity of cups, it is commonly understood for a cup to be equal to 6oz. So, a 48fl oz teapot would be considered to hold 8 cups of water. If you measure 6 oz of water in a measuring cup, then pour it into your favorite mug, you will have a better idea of how much coffee or tea you are consuming. A popular sized mug is usually about 10oz or about 340ml.
