    Incomplete forms Doesn't charge

    Ever since I received mower, batteries and charger... at first both sides of charger worked. Then only one side worked, now neither side works. Sold out? or Discontinued?

    Hello maqu. We are sorry to hear about the charging issue you have experienced, and we understand how frustrating this can be. Based on what you have described, it sounds like the charger may not be maintaining a consistent connection. To help troubleshoot, we recommend first ensuring the charger is plugged directly into a working wall outlet and not an extension cord. Check that the battery is fully seated in the charging port and that the contacts on both the battery and charger are clean and free of debris. If your charger has dual ports, try inserting one battery at a time into each side to see if either port responds. It can also help to allow the battery to cool down to room temperature before charging, as overheating can temporarily prevent charging. If the charger indicator lights are not turning on at all, this may indicate an issue with the charger itself. The unit is not discontinued, and replacement parts may still be available depending on your model. If the issue continues, we encourage you to reach out to our success team so we can further assist and help determine the best resolution.     Used one time and wont charge. It lights up but does nothing.

    60V Dual charger

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works as intended even on generic 60V Greenworks clones. The Charging times is 30 minutes or less depending on how much charged is needed. The product allows for quick charging with use of 60v riding lawnmower so can switch out and keep mowing.

    Stopped working less than a year.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 5/2024 with my mower. Batteries still show a charge although low and placed on the charger and no lights or anything. Won’t kick on. Checked outlet, working fine, charger won’t kick on to charge the batteries.
