Granitestone Glass Air Fryer, Silver

Unfortunately I think we got a dud. It did not heat up enough to actually cook anything. We have since returned it. We did like the style of it and would have tried another one if there had been one in the store.

I used the air fryer 3 times before the switch under the Handel broke. needless to say it's in the garbage , I didn't even bother to return to the store . But I did keep the glass bowl be great for making bread .

Makes chicken very crispy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air fryer is not as practical as a traditional one. When I opened the box, I was surprised to find that it required setup. In my opinion, there is a learning curve to using this air fryer; it’s definitely not straightforward. The two levels are a nice idea, but they don’t work perfectly. There is no information in the guide on how to adjust the temperature or cooking time when the food on the bottom is different from the food on the top. I had to look up a YouTube video where a user mentioned that food on the lower level takes longer to cook. Speaking of cooking time, this air fryer takes longer to preheat and cook. I tried cooking a small amount of tater tots, and it took 20 minutes, whereas it usually takes about 12 minutes in a traditional air fryer. I also used both levels to cook tater tots and nuggets, and in total it took 30 minutes. It was not easy to remove the tater tots before the chicken was done. But the tots came out very crispy, this was nice. In my opinion, this air fryer might be a good option if you’re cooking ONE large meal and are not in a hurry. However, for everyday meals and quick solutions, it definitely does not make sense.
