Bought this for rehab on a broken wrist and for that purpose I'd say this is perfectly adequate. The adjustable tension is nice, but it only shows you the minimum tension (20lbs) and max tension (90lb) with very indistinct index markings to show what tension you're at between the min and max so at best you're guessing. It's not the most comfortable gripper out there either, but another reviewer said to use it backwards which I tried and this improved its fit in the hand quite a bit. I think if you were serious about grip training this *might* be a good first grip trainer but for the price I'd say it isn't worth it. I also found the material on the grips to chafe my fingers a little bit but I might just need to toughen my hands up a bit and this problem will probably go away.

I have been using it every day and haven’t had any problems with it. I would highly recommend this product. I really enjoy the fact that you can adjust the resistance.
