This has worked very well for me. I am using it eventhough I have not gone away as of yet and it has worked flawlessly building my confidence that my pet will be fed when I do travel. I definately recommend.

Q: If the power goes out and comes on again does the clock reset to 0 0 or does it retain the programmed times?

A: The timestamp shown in the video is automatically set, so it will show the correct time once the camera comes back online. The scheduled feeding times do not change if the power goes out.
