A: You only need to select "STOP" before the cook time reaches zero seconds,then select "CLEAR",remove your food - NO BEEPS!

Q: I bought this2.5 years ago and it worked fine until last night when it just stopped. The timer starts counting but the microwave doesn't work. Does Canadian tire repair these ovens. Please advise. Warranty is over but I would like to get it repaired even if it costs me. Thank you!

Q: Where can I find a replacement for the glass turntable? What is the part number for the glass turntable for this product. I have called GE US, GE Canada, MABE Canada, 3 parts dealers. The GE Canada endorsed part dealer did not even recognize the Model Number of this microwave.

Q: How do I get my microwave to work? I purchased the 1.1 stainless steel unit last week. Brought it home, plugged it in and wanted to have pop corn. The plate goes around, the time counts down but there is no microwave action. What is wrong?

A: To use the Popcorn feature: Follow package instructions, using Time Cooking if the package is less than 1.75 ounces (50 g) or larger than 3.5 ounces (100 g). Place the package of popcorn in the center of the microwave. Press POPCORN three times for a 3.5 ounce (100 g) package of popcorn, twice for a 3.0 ounce (85 g) package or once for a 1.75 ounce (50 g) package. Press START/+30 SEC. How to Adjust the Popcorn Program to Provide a Longer Cooking Time If you find that the brand of popcorn you use underpops consistently, you can add 30 seconds to the automatic popping time. To add time: Press START/+30 SEC. after the oven starts for an extra 30 seconds. If still not working, please return product to your local Canadian Tire store with receipt for exchange. This product carries a 1 yr replacement warranty.
