Q: On features, it said this product has a metal spike but the picture showed that it has a plastic base stand. Are they both come with the product?

A: Just purchased this in store in Ontario and it's actually the one with the base stand (ZoomMaxX Sled Sprinkler) and not the spike. The description on this page is wrong. My receipt shows item #059-6547-6. They also have the spike version in store and it's $39.99.

Q: I connected the adapter that came along with the sprinkler to the end of my hose but no water is coming out from that end. If I remove the adapter, the water flows fine. What could be the problem?

A: The adapter supplied with the sprinkler is called a water stop and water will not flow through it until it is attached to the sprinkler or a nozzle.

Q: The area I want to water is 40 ft x 50 ft. can this sprinkler be set to cover that area without watering outside that area. (neighbors fence one side neighbors car on the other side)

A: This sprinkler is designed for smaller areas, it is adjustable from approx. 3m wide and up. There is no manual for this sprinkler, the instructions can be found on the packaging. This product carries a 2 year exchange warranty as noted on our website.
