Low quality product, poor customer service.

Low quality product and very very bad customer service. This nozzle only lasted me a season before it started pouring water out of its handle. I contacted customer service and they first told me they didn't warranty frost damage on their frost proof nozzle. After I assured them I kept it inside during the winter they reluctantly sent me a new one, when I hooked this new one up to my hose had the same problem right out of the box.

No, I do not recommend this product.

The quality you feel.

Gardena is the brand I trust. I buy only Gardena, although its product portfolio is very limited in Canada. This item has typically 25 years life warranty in Europe. Gardena customer support in Germany is amazing. In Canada, I was not successful to register this product on Gardena website and did not receive any answer from the Garden Support Team.

Bought one of these last summer for my large back yard. I love it! It's the best I've ever had. It does everything I need and more. I'm going out tomorrow to buy two more for the other two spigots on my house so I have one everywhere I need it for this summer.
