Underwhelming

I had good luck with Gardena products but that one is a bit underwhelming. In over a year I used it I had couple of issues: - despite assurances on the box it barely fits a roll of gardena 3/4" hose, - it is very tippy, the aluminum "3rd leg" is not large enough - trolley can easily flip forward when you pull on the hose to much while unrolling, - the coupling of the drum with incoming water supply is quite weak - it fell apart few times and the hole thing had to be reassembled again. It is underpressure to it will let the water run full force when it happens. I no longer have confidence to leave my hose under pressure like i used too.

Bought this 3 summers ago. Great and helps us maintane our look the best we can We live on half acre and this helps us get to the farthest part of our yard Happy with the purchase

Easy to assemble, probably won't hold 160' of hose

Very easy to assemble! The description says that it will hold up to 160' of 5/8 hose, but with my 100' of Gardena 5/8 hose it is pretty much at its max capacity, I highly doubt it will hold the additional 50' of hose I have. All 'n' all I am still happy with it, as I always am with Gardena products!

Q: Are there Gardena hose couplers included with this product? The hose that I have is not a Gardena hose -does this hose reel come with couplers/adaptors that I can use to connect the hose to the reel or do I have to purchase the couplers separately?
