Garant Steel Post Hole Digger simplifies digging holes with its ergonomic build, effectively reducing the heavy-hauling tasks for you. Its two-piece construction balances digging capacity with ease of use, and the tool includes an extra hinge point for added leverage. This Steel Post Hole Digger works on soft as well as harder (clay) surfaces with ease, and features a durable build with a special exchange warranty.

Works well, heavy enough to push into the soil. Where we dug our post holes (used a hydraulic auger for most of the holes) we hit clay around 18 inches down, the auger was unable to clear the holes, this tool was able to grab and hold the clay for removal. The only downside was the clay stuck to the blades and was difficult to remove - even with a jet from the hose. I did dig a few holes other than those, and this tool worked quite well.
