Relaxing my back muscle

This is the not interesting look, and I am not sure how it works with my back muscle. I normally feel my back muscle tight after the lifting boxes and some chores, and I don't have time to go to the "massage therapy clinic" So, I purchased it not because the price reduce, it is a "trying" method. If this item not work, I can throw it for my dog to pick up. So, nothing lose. I check the youtube website for some basic "punching point of my back muscle line" I totally feel "pain+sour" at beginning in the first time, and I doing 2, 3, 4, time. finally give me a hot bath, surprisingly, I fell much "soft" and "relax" my back muscle. I do like this one and using it when I watching TV. The cons: might need friend to help you for some angle. but overall, it is not expensive and can relax my back muscle. ( for other interested customers: it is not pill, the only side effect is "take time" and nothing can be done by just doing 1 times) As I mention it, my dog chew away after i go to sleep....

This is a different shape to a back roller then I am normally used to. However it works pretty good and helps ease out my kinks and muscles after working out or sitting at a desk all day.
