Supposed to be a fun. its NOT a fun!!

Bought this for having so much fun. Did not realize it would be pack full of confetti. There is much confetti it will hardly float. Pack full! Is this some sort of joke? I come to canada and its all joke. Everywhere I go Everyone is joke me!! How can the boys have fun? Its NOT!
