This spray mop comes with a microfibre pad and a refillable container that makes it easy and convenient to clean dust, debris and other messes from most surfaces. Can’t hang against wall

I just moved and haven’t used it. I like that you can add water and your own cleaner, but the actual handle is on backwards so you can’t even hang it on a wall … it uses alot of space and gets in the way since I can’t put it on a wall holder.
I was so annoyed I had to write a review. Reverse the handle!

I bought this mop for my elderly Mother This mop was great! Very light weight which was important for my Mother ,very easy to fill with cleaning product and easy to use.I personally loved the option of cleanser on one side and water to rinse on the other side . Also the mop pad itself was easy for my Mother to remove . I highly recommend this mop

A: The handle is one size, does not extend or shrink in length. It comes fully assembled. Easy to use. Love this mop.

Q: Is it normal for the Frank spray mop to drip a lot of water from below the spray hole? There is more water dripping out than there is spraying. There were no instructions with the mop so I don't know if this is normal.

Q: Just purchased spray mop (Frank ditches the bucket) spray mop. No instructions on back product and do not know how to remove the refillable bottles. This item might be going back to store where purchased.

Q: When I attach the bottle, the mop refuses to spray, but if I just pour a bit of cleaner in to the mechanism, it sprays just fine. Since the problem seems to be just with the bottle, is there a way I can replace just the bottle rather than buy a new mop?

A: We currently do not sell refill bottles. If you unit is defective, it carries a one year exchange warranty with the receipt. Please contact your local store for assistance.
