Where are the chips?

Have bought Frank chips in the big bag so thought I would try these for Halloween. Cracked the box open on the way home for a treat and there were only about 4 chips in the package. Tried another after I got home but decided to check a 3rd and very few chips in it. Decided to weigh those that were left and found weights anywhere fro 8 g to 21 g for packages labelled as 16 g. Most were in the 12 g range. I know my scale is not certified for business but for them to be that different and underweight is disappointing. I won’t be giving these out as they are too inconsistent. I notice all the other reviews which are positive are from last year. Not sure is someone has changed since then or if I just got a bad box?
