Our local garbage service requires clear garbage bags. I ordered clear Giant bags (excellent product) online since store inventory said 5 boxes were available but the store's shelves were empty. CTC then filled my order with Black garbage bags instead of clear for store pickup. Staff tried to find their inventory but were unsuccessful. It took over 30 minutes to receive a refund. Add in the return trip to store and home, more than an hour wasted.
