Q: Are Fram oil filters PH16 good for thick oils such as 20W50?

A: Hello there, Yes, the Fram PH16 is compatible with 20W-50 oil. However, if you're using 20W-50 for heavy-duty or high-performance reasons, consider upgrading to a more robust filter like the Fram Tough Guard (TG16) or Fram Ultra Synthetic (XG16) for better performance and protection.
