It does what it says it does

We're using it in our 5th wheel while we winter in Victoria BC & it has done a great job keeping the humidity down. We did have to return the one we bought in October because it stopped working. After calling the help line, it was determined we had a defective unit as it had never shut off when full. This replacement unit shuts off and does the job it says it does.

Doesn’t significantly reduce humidity on

Had a small room with carpeting that had got quite wet from an HVAC leak. Over 24 hours it only removed about 2 teaspoons of water. Carpet still noticeably damp.

A ne pas acheter

Je viens d’acheter cette article et sa fait 5 jours que je m’en sert il fait beaucoup trop de bruit. En 5 joue si Jai ramasser une cuillère à soupe d’humidité c’est bon. L’article n’est pas remboursable une fois utilisé donc pris avec. Je je recommande vraiment pas. Il parle de 400ML en 24 heure oublié cela c’est pas sa du tout.

Stopped working after 1 year

It worked really well for a year. Yes it has flaws like the auto turn off not being great and sometimes causing leaks. But all of a sudden it just stopped working. Beeps twice and does nothing. It’s not by chance that the warranty is for only 1 year and then it fails.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Lasted a little over a year

Was working great for a year. Only used during colder months in a small storage room with no ventilation. Was being emptied roughly every 2-3 days. A little after a year, the dehumidifier stopped working and now cannot be powered on.
No, I do not recommend this product.
