Q: We have had the clock for many years, store it indoors during the winter. The hour hand is loose, how do I take the back off? Can I tighten the hand?

Q: Can you leave this clock outside in winter? We currently have an 'outdoor' clock but the arms are made from plastic and in extreme cold, the arms bend so the time is no longer accurate. Can this one be left outside all year long and remain on time?

A: We recommend using temperature range is – 10℃～ 60℃. IMPORTANT: For best results, do not leave this clock outdoors in extreme temperatures, and do not place it in direct sunlight or near a heat source.
