Need a table, need more training

Needed an extra table for an extra large Christmas function.
Table is everything that was advertised.
Only hiccup was the customer service representative had another rep come up to the front to get table, and the load it into the car. The customer had none done this pick up order thing before and when the other rep came to the front he stood there and looked at the customer waiting for instructions. I wasn't there but the customer service rep should have been a bit more involved ans/or better training for the loading rep would have avoided an awkward few moments and much appreciated. I blame CT for the lack of service. Table was great 5 star.

Floppy and flimsy useless table

I give the table 2 star rating because it is nice how it folds up but it is not very stable. I even tried putting addition clamps to make it more stable but the whole structure is too flimsy. I bought a similar table for less money from a competitor and it is a lot more stable.
I actually give Canadian Tire a 1 star rating because they were not able to demonstrate the table to me in the store before I bought it because it was wrapped in plastic. Once the plastic is open they said I could only return the table for a replacement and they would not even give me store credit. So now I'm stuck with this sucky thing because I don't want another floppy replacement. There should be a law against manufacturing items that go straight into the land fill!!!
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: 6 adults can fit at the table. Canadian Tire Team says 6-8, but the folding legs are at the very end of the top surface, so there would be no room for a person to sit at the end because the legs would be in the way.

Q: how do you close the castors? They just hang down while the table is in use.

A: Please slide the caster wheel to the right then lift and rotate into the well under the table. The castor should snap into position.

A: Please see below for instructions on how to open the 0680899. 1. Unfold the table top so that the top surface is flat. Engage the Lock Lever into the locked position (Lock Lever is a tab located at the hinge, middle of the flattened table top). 2. Open each leg fully until the hinges are straight. 3. With the table upright, make sure the oval locking ring slides down on the hinge to keep the legs in the open position. Instructions to engage the castors: 1. Fold table legs so that the table top is lying flat 2. Slide castor laterally along its hinge to release 3. Pivot the caster along the hinge so that the wheel moves from the table top interior to the exterior of the table 4. Once caster is engaged, the flattened table top can then be closed
