Bad Purchase

After one year the inside has started to chip had to go buy clear sealer and do all the interior. This was covered over the wiinter after being drained and cleaned and still chipped and cracked. Half way threw summer now and the pump is starting to make noise which can't be blamed on dirt because the water is always crystal clear and changed plus vinegar is used to prevent buildup. I suggest adding clean stone3s to change the sound of the water fall cause it sounds like someone standing there going for a p***& Opening for pump area is also screened to prevent debris from getting in.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Not a nice water noise

This is a big, solid fountain that is very sturdy but I did not like the sound it made. Even on the lowest setting it sounded like a a tap filling a sink rather than the nice trickling water sound that you’d like from a fountain.

Q: How much water does this fountain hold? How deep is each tier (in inches)?

  • A: Tier 1: water capacity 21KG=21 Litres; inner deep 18.5cm. Tier 2: water capacity 0.52KG=0.52 Litres; inner deep 5.5cm. Tier 3: water capacity 0.44KG=0.44 Litres; inner deep 4cm. Tier 4: no water running while pump working; inner deep 11cm if NO pump cover, 5cm if have pump cover. When operating, water should only be placed into tier 1, once pump is running, water will be flowing from tier 1 to tier 4, and then to 3 and 2.

Q: #059-7374-0 For Living Large Corner Fountain - can you put small rocks in each level? Will it affect water flow, sound and most importantly will it affect drainage if we added stones? Thanks

  • A: On the safety section of the Instruction Manual (page 3), we specifically mentioned the following “Excessive weight or pressure on any of the fountain sections may cause it to tip or fall over. Keep pets and children away from any of the fountain sections. Do not place any items, such as potted plants, on the edge or on top of the fountain.” so, for safety reason, we do not recommend to put any accessories into this fountain. also, by adding rocks , it will affect the sound and water flow and also will may block drainage.
