My husband put this light up in our foyer a couple of years ago, and I love it just as much now as I did then. The little sparkle on the top adds so much to it. And it gives off lots of light.

Beautiful dark brown with a hint of a sparkle (when you look for it). The shades are not coloured as in the picture; they are white as can be. They do glow a more golden shade of white when dimmed. Easy to install. Simple yet elegant. The jewel at the top is just fun! We love our new light!

Q: How are the shades attached to the arms and how do you clean inside them.

A: They just sit on the end of the "arms" and are held in place with a donut-shaped metal screw-on part (inside the shade). The shades come individually-wrapped in the box. You could easily take them off the light whenever you need to clean them.

Q: What is the assembled height of this fixture? We have an 8 foot ceiling. Thinking about installing this in our dining room. However, there is no information on how long the rigid stem is together with the lights that are hanging.
