Met my needs

Bought this wall hook to hang coats on my front entrance. Easy to install, although had to use my own screws since the ones that came with the product were a bit too short. My husband is a handyman so he figured it out easily enough. Looks good and is stable, holds a lot of coats due to the the longer length of the hooks. I bought this hook because of the longer hooks to hold a lot of coats for my family and guests when they come over.

I've had this hanging in my bedroom for a couple of years. 2 of the screws are in studs and it supports a lot of clothes. I even have my guitar in its soft case hanging from it. Looks good too.

Lacking finish

Simple product has decent sized hooks and looks nice on the store shelves, but once I went to install it the poor quality of the product was apparent, first mounting screws aren't long enough to reach studs if I wanted to secure it to the studs, and if I was able to the mounting holes aren't 16" apart anyways so they wouldn't reach two studs anyways. Anyways I used the plastic anchors and then tried to used the wooden caps to cover the screws and they were too loose and fell right out, had to go find some glue to keep them in there, very sad.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: How long can I expect these hooks to last? I want these to last as long as possible and be able to withstand a lot of use.

A: Our hooks are very sturdy and should last for a very long time. Of course this is based on where and how the product is mounted.

Q: How to I get replacement screw hole pegs? I purchased this on the weekend, installed it, then found out the pegs that cover the screw are too small for the holes. How do I get replacements?
