Cheaply made. Would not recommend to anyone. Shaky as i started to assemble and quickly disassembled. Towel racks would not hold towels, but would wash clothes.Top horizontal rod did not fit well. Vertical rods were shaky. Very surprised this is being made / sold. Buy For Living Heavy Duty Garment Rack with Arms and a proper towel rack.

Assembly was tricky, Ends of metal tubing are extremely sharp!

When I was assembling this drying rack, I received a deep cut on my finger just removing the metal tubing from the plastic bag. The cut ends of the tubes are razor sharp and quite dangerous. Again, when I was pushing one of the plastic bracket pieces on to the tube, I cut the palm of my hand as the tube came all the way through the hole in the bracket. Not a good start with this product and we hadn’t even used it yet!

Doesn't look exactly as pictured

Quick to set-up, but a bit on the cheap side. One wheel doesn't stay in, and this is straight out of the box.
The design is good, however, based on the photo and the one I bought; I believe that past quality was most likely better vs today.

Q: How do you keep the top from falling over? The two piece vertical support is connected by a 1/2 inch plastic ring. Is there any way to keep the top part stable?

A: I wanted to help you but don't know why yours is unstable. My "top part" is the ironing board, which has four corners. Rear two corners have two drop down metal brackets that are bolted to the frame in a way that allows the board to be lifted. The front two corners, those facing me when I stand in front of it to iron, have plastic 'feet' that simmply rest on the metal frame in such a way that they also support the board, and 'hug' the frame, but are not bolted so that the board can be lifted. It all feels very sturdy and well, it is. I can't imagine why your 'top part' is unstable, between the bolts on the back, gravity on the front, and the plastic feet being curved to 'hug' the frame rail it sits on. You may have missed a step during assembly if yours is unstable in any way? Also, if you are referring to the two metal supports that run widthwise, they do have half inch plastic rings - keep in mind that these rings only fit in one way. They get 'inserted' about 5mm into the horizontal rail on one side, and the other side is curved in a way to also hug the vertical rail they butt into. The plastic ring needs to be pushed into the horizontal rail in such a way that 1/3 of the material 'disappears' into the rail. So the rail sleeve is actually overlapping the ring by 5 mm's or so. Perhaps you didn't insert the ring into the sleeve entirely and that's why it's not fitting in a stable way. Also that's just how they touch, the strength comes from the bolt that fastens it all into place afterwards. Perhaps you didn't tighten the bolt enough, or use a bolt at all. I found this part very intuitive. A plastic spacer joins two metal rails, one horizontal the other vertical, like a sideways T. Finally a bolt screws into the top of the T to hold it all into place.
