    As bookshelves purchased in box stores are quite basic and are not considered aesthetically pleasing, I find this unit to be quite the opposite. This bookshelf is multi functional for storage of books and display of household items such as vases, wine glasses or dishes for your dining room. The open shelving allows this unit to also be used as a room divider in smaller homes creating two distinct yet visually open living spaces without compromising the size of the rooms. A definite buy for a good price!

    I bought this because it looks so nice, and once I got it assembled, I really liked it. Putting it together was.a nightmare. Considering my technical expertise ends at a mechanical pencil, I had to get assistance with the construction. Now that it's together, I love the look of it. We'll see how it wears.
