Q: website says 1 year warranty but printed on package it says 3 year warranty store will only exchange within 1 year

A: At store level it’s a 1 year over the counter exchange, after that for the 3 year with proof of purchase the customer can contact MLM Home Products with proof of purchase and we will be glad to make the exchange at 1-800- 661-6721
